All games since HGSS have been leaked at least somewhat early.

Give it a couple of days. It can leak as early as tomorrow if somebody manages to snipe a cartridge from when they ship them.

Some mom-and-pop retailers sold XY before release, some as early as a week or two before.

But a lot of those stores were fined for each copy sold, so they're either following street date now or they were forced to shut down due to bankruptcy.

Black/White was leaked within hours of its Japanese release, patched for US within a week of leaking, which was months before it came out in English officially.

Probably why they moved to worldwide releases now instead.d
