Rate my team /vp/, it has been 3 years since last I played so I'm kind of rusty and I'm accepting advices.

I mean an Alakazam or anything with Psychic would run through your team pretty easily
>>29621691
all of your pokemon are poison-type but you barely have defensive poison types like tentacruel, tentaquill, amoongus and venusaur
also if the opponent has a skarmory you lose the game by default
>>29621763
no shit Sherlock, it's mono-poison.

I am not a team-building expert, but it looks fairly well balanced to me.

>>also if the opponent has a skarmory you lose the game by default
he also loses if they have a ferrothorn, heatran or amoongus
not sure if this is for the monotype meta or if it's an OU team that happens to be mono-type

for venomoth i'd switch substitute with giga drain and give it a focus sash

It's pretty balanced. Poison is only weak to ground and psychic, and you've got the coverage against the former with Roserade and the latter with Gengar and Beedrill.
Personally, I'd cut Gengar and add in Drapion. Beedrill already destroys all psychic type Pokemon not named Slowbro. Your Gengar set is also fairly gimmicky, and a banded Drapion with Earthquake, Crunch, Knock Off, and Ice Fang could help with raw power and versatility.
Skuntank also works if you'd prefer priority/Pursuit trapping/flamethrower.
Also worth considering Toxicroak and/or Tentacruel for water-teams (dry skin/priority/steel coverage are important, though scald and hazard control are ALWAYS nice) instead of Venomoth, which is not great if it can't find a chance to set up - though is great if it can.
A dedicated toxic spikes lead could also set the tone for some sick Venoshock plays later on if they don't have a spinner/defogger, though it's a bit gimmicky/it looks like you know what you're doing.

that may be the worst gengar set i have ever seen
>>29622246
Gengar might also consider shadow ball for ghost-coverage, since poison kind of sucks against mono-ghost.
Crobat could also possibly run super fang instead of toxic. I know it's a stall-y Pokemon, but stall + brave bird doesn't seem like the best. It can net more KO's than super fang (as in any), but I think super fang pairs better with the team (which isn't as Stall-y). Though the Crobat set is fine as is

I suggest replacing one mon with an Assault Vest Raindance Goodra.
