i used jynx in a psychic type mono-run. it's very bad. great offensive typing, awful defensive typing. it dies constantly.

apart from making ice resist ground/flying/grass/dragon and making psychic neutral against steel...they just need to completely overhaul it's level up moves.

look at this trash. jynx has 50 physical attack and 115 special attack. for some reason it never learns any special psychic type moves at all and the only special ice move it gets is powder snow until level 60.

you can buy the tm for blizzard in-game before it hits level 60.

they need to give it a 10 point stat buff, probably in speed? honestly it needs an evo to ever be truly good.

There's probably little or no opportunity/drive to introduce another one. Same thing with Gengar and unreleased types like Fire/Ice.

Doubt it, it probably has more to do with no pokémon having an actual excuse to have the typing.
