i think litten is my favorite. i like incineroar but not as much as litten.
also if alolan forms count i like alolan meowth and persian a lot.
ninetales is my fav pokemon in general i think, but i don't really like alolan ninetales that much.
honorable mention goes to lycanrock. probably day>night for me, but its close.

I fucking loved it since the leak, but the typing and 3d model sealed the deal for me. The idea of a nocturnal bird of prey evolving into a stealth archer is one of the most creative pokemon we had this gen, and the end result looking badass is a bonus. Not to mention all the DEEPEST LORE behind its ghost typing.

This thing. I know it's not going to be competitive thanks to it's shit typing, but that doesn't stop me from using dragon doggo. It feels so different from all the other dragons, in a good way of course. It's description is the thing that fully got me though. Even though most have pretty much forgotten it already it's guaranteed to be one my team.

It's really pretty and alien in a way that only Deoxys managed to capture. It feels like what a legendary Pokemon should be, grand and regal.

Stufful is max cute, and there's some good tragedy behind the line with the natures of Stufful and Bewear.

Second place is Tsareena, who I just like because it's cool. They're the most "superheroic" of the new Pokemon. Also tiny hats are super cute.

I find his design as fuck and I love how it shoot his arrows. Without forgetting a pretty good typing and a 3D model that I love, it's hard for me to not like it. (I love archery too)

Absolutely fucking love this little thing. I don't care if it's a shitmon, it's adorable as fuck and I want a whole rainbow of them.

Certainly one of the Pokemon this gen that hooked me by its concept alone. If it was just another Pokemon I would've probably dismissed it, but the fact that it's essentially a mishmash of animal parts created with the purpose to rival gods, and the day Silvally was revealed and we all had that big Type:Null love thread just makes it one of my favorites of Gen 7 thus far.
I can't mention the runner ups because we'll be here all day.
