The Kahunas are Fighting (Hala), Rock (Olivia), Dark and Ground (Mudsdale girl), while the E4 are Fighting, Rock, Flying and Poison. That means only the first two Kahunas become E4 members.

So the last Gym Leader could be one of the remaining Kahunas.

I just wonder who the Flying and Poison specialists are. Since they're apparently good enough to be E4 but we haven't even heard of them by now.
