In manga Misty has tsundere relationship with Red since the R/B/G arc and even go full dolled-up mode for in him during the dinner. In G/S/C her hiding her feeling for Red was the big point of her little character arc. G/S/C also end with Blue(the girl) teasing OTT with YellowxRedxMisty. However since Yellow keep appearing in new arc with Red while Misty got forgotten, as well as her tearly monologue in GSC that "she will never be the last one who stay with him"(the context mean Suicune she gave to Crys, though it is obvious she also mean Red) I think the author probably have Yellow win the Red bowl in the end.much to my dismay
