I could see Aurorus and Primarina getting Aurora Veil, Scrafty and Incineroar getting Throat Chop, and Magnezone and Decidueye getting Laser Focus. That way they wouldn't be "signature" moves but instead be extremely exclusive moves like the 6th gen starter's signature moves being given to 1 other pokemon each in ORAS.

Vespiqueen does get it, but plenty of pokemon with prominent gems do not. Only half of the lines that get Power Gem are actually part Rock Type.
