How would you rank the terrain effects?
>Electric: Pokemon on the ground can't be put to sleep and have their Electric-type moves boosted by 50%.
>Misty: Pokemon on the ground can't be afflicted with non-volatile status conditions (Burn, Freeze, Paralysis, Poison, and Sleep) and take half-damage from Dragon-type moves.
>Grassy: Pokemon on the ground have their HP restored by 1/16 at the end of each turn, and have their Grass-type moves boosted by 50%. Earthquake, Bulldoze, and Magnitude have their power halved.
>Psychic: Pokemon on the ground can't be hit by priority moves and have their Psychic-type moves boosted by 50%.
Personally: Psychic > Electric > Misty = Grassy
>Electric>Misty
what?

You can still use status like burn or poison without worrying about sleep shenanigans. Where as Misty just gets rid it altogether.

Misty's effect of halving damage from Dragon-type moves i useless if the tapu is a fairy type isn't it?
Or does the effect remain for a set number of turns after the user enters the battlefield?

It's usefull in doubles, and Tapu Fini can't get statused.
Too many weather/terrains to keep track off...

The terrain lasts for five turns (just like weather), so even in single battles, your other Pokemon can benefit from it.

I think it stays, terrains already exist and i definitely saw electric terrain manectric used to fuck over dark void spammers
>>29510321
It stays for five turns like weather does. Also it can be used for doubles to protect your own dragon

but you would be nerfing him as well.
>>29510528
Not if you don't use dragon moves like spamming eathquake with garchomp

Oh cool, I was just wondering if this was like a Drizzle vs. Primordial Sea situation
