No you fucking idiot. He's actually the LEAST alien Pokemon. He was just space jizz that was hit by a laser. At least the other alien Pokemon are actually from other planets or even just the moon.

And super animals come from different universes. Not even dimensions like some of the legendaries. Just straight up completely and fully alien
>>
>>29509178
So he's the most alien because he's an organism from outer space that was mutated.
How is a legitimate alien species less alien than the other "alien" pokemon that aren't actually aliens?

Deoxys is perhaps the most alien in the fact that it's origin is so far detached from biological life as we know it. Elgyem, Staryu etc. seem to be fairly standard forms of life that just happen to be from different parts of space. Deoxys is literally a mutated space virus.
>>
>>29509178

confusing post.

>clearly
You two do realise the difference between a conformation and hearsay right? Deoxys on the other hand is literally an organism we encounter within a meteorite in space.

The origins there do not confirm that they're aliens.
>>
>>29509310
Deoxys ain't shit. Maybe you've forgotten grimer and the trash Pokemon and golurk and all the other Pokemon who didn't evolve naturally

Nigga that's like saying Grimer and Vanillite are aliens because it was mutated by the moon/sun's rays.

>>
>>29509360
>You two do realise the difference between a conformation and hearsay right?
In many forms of fiction, hearsay is often the only exposition the writing offers. Unless there's a specific reason to challenge these ideas, we might as well view them as the intended way to interpret these creatures.
There's some questionable shit in the dex, likely because of a wide array of people working on the games, but there's nothing particularly ridiculous about aliens, as far as the Pokemon universe goes.
>>
>>29509421
If it happened outside of earth, then they would count yeah.
>>
>>29509310

The real question is if it's actually a space virus.

I mean, it's contained within a distinctly unnatural triangle thing, contained within a meteor, which can apparently change it's own course at will and was CONSCIOUSLY trying to ram into the planet.

What IS this thing, really?

>>
>>29509385
Alien implies they aren't from around here. Those things are native to planet earth, regardless of origin.
>>
>>29509420

>>
>>29509416

OH SHIT

WHAT IF

SOLROCK AND LUNATONE

>>
>>29509416
>but everything is pointing for the Meteorite Pokemon duo came from space
Not really, especially how volatile pokemon or at least what makes them seem to be. For all we know it could have been a reverse Deoxys situation where an earthly organism was mutated by something from outer space.

>>29509454
>In many forms of fiction, hearsay is often the only exposition the writing offers.
That's only the case if they don't intend on exploring the subject in detail because it's of such little importance. In the case that they do explore the subject matter the rumors are often false.
That also seems to be the rules of the Pokemon universe, that nothing is true unless it has been witnessed.
>>
>>29509421
I dont wanna argue, but Im just gonna more explain it like this, since that post was more of the pokedex entry for Elgyem.

It is implying they came from space, not that something from space made them. They are from space, not a biproduct of something from space.

Actually now that I think about it, do we actually even have an idea on how Vaniluxe came to exist?
>>
>>29509502
Cool theory, but Pokemon's lore hardly ever feels this interconnected.
>>
>>29509416
Even if they originally came from space, they've since established on Earth as a species. The Clefairy on Mt. Moon were born on Earth.
Deoxys, on the other hand, is an individual organism who very much was in space.
>>
>>29509122
Who the fuck cares about some gay sentient rocks that fall from space and become Pokemon? It's like someone saying they found life on mars but its some faggot formless amoeba.
>>
>>29509512
So lets go back. Deoxys is the LEAST alien Pokemon because he was born in orbit, as opposed to other alien pokemon
>>
>>29509526
I fucking wish man, I wished at least that part of Artleaka's leak was real.
>>
>>29509558

They've been doing something with the most recent games and they have been interconnected.
>>
>>29509544
>It is implying they came from space
Where does it imply they came from space?
Becuase Solrock is assumption at best and Lunatone was discovered at the site which could mean literally anything.
>>
>>29509576
>sentient
You said it yourself. That makes it a much bigger deal than
>some faggot formless amoeba.
>>
>>29509614

Since they were only discovered after the crash and not before, it's implied they came from whatever crashed into the planet. Whether or not the object that crashed into the planet is from outer space is up for debate.
>>
>>29509591
>Deoxys is the LEAST alien Pokemon because he was born in orbit
It was the organism guiding the meteor from well outside of the orbit of Pokearth. It's safe to say it's the most alien when comparing it to the other alien pokemon that aren't even confirmed alien.
>>
>>29509591
>in orbit
I guess I just don't remember that part.
>>
>>29509648
What it does after it was born is irrelevant

>>29509653
Sorry. I was wrongfully assuming it was floating in orbit before being zapped. However it's origin implies it was done on earth. So, its DNA is alien, but it was born on earth
>>
>>29509614
Ok, again, I understand that point. Looking at it now actually, It could be either they came from space, or something from space is what "engineered" the,. i.e drive them to sentience.
There is evidence pulling towards both sides, wouldn't you say?
>>
>>29509646
>Since they were only discovered after the crash and not before
Which could literally mean anything anon. Pay attention.
That doesn't mean the organism was from space, for all we know the resulting impact could have condensed rock and gave it life to form Lunatone. Remember this is pokemon, anything and everything can form a living organism.

>>29509714
On the nose.
>>
>>29509765

Saying that there's one and one way it could have come into existence when the game doesn't give us enough details is fucking retarded.
There's literally not enough for us to go on to make a sound decision.
>>
>>29507696
Deoxys is the one pokemon that legitimately freaks me out. It's kind of scary as hell if you think about it in a real life aspect
>>
>>29509905
Exactly. I feel the same way. I'm okay with it now, but it's the only one that made me feel unnerved in the past
>>
>>29509765

If YOU were paying attention I specifically said that whether or not the object came from space is up for debate. Try not being a hypocrite.
>>
>>29509877
>this meteor Pokemon was first discovered at a meteor crash site
>obviously this means it was born or created by that crash, never mind the implications that it landed on earth
>>
>>29509877

Recent events in the Delta Episode imply that it wasn't an accidental creation at all.
>>
>>29509995
>>obviously this means it was born or created by that crash, never mind the implications that it landed on earth
Okay please point out where it specifically points as such in either direction.
Literally all you have is is that it was found at a meteor landing site 40 years ago. And it's just the site not right after an impact.

>>29510024
We aren't talking about Deoxys.
>>
>>29510079
It's the fucking same as elgyem being found 50 years ago after a ufo crash. Fucking guess what that means. It means it came here, not that it was formed by the impact or was just randomly there when people showed up. They're aliens/from space. They aren't the only ones either which is why you denying it is so stupid
>>
>>29510185
>It means it came here
How can you even come to that conclusion when there's literally nothing that suggests it came from space?
It doesn't say there was a meteor impact when it was discovered.
It doesn't say it was found in a meteor.
It was just found in the vicinity of a landing site.

What part of "we don't know enough" don't you understand? They purposely kept it ambiguous unlike Deoxys that we know comes from the far reaches of space.
>>
>>29510185

>>29510560
>Deoxys came from a lab. The virus it mutated from came from space
Then that means the organism that became Deoxys CAME FROM SPACE. The laser was the catalyst for the mutation.
In other words this makes Deoxys our first and so far only legitimate alien Pokemon.

>Nothing except its dex entry and the people from that world which already believe it came from space
The dex entry that doesn't say it comes from space and the people who don't say anything regarding that either. .

>Such a popular and prevailing theory that it was necessary to include it in its dex entry
Which is why it doesn't confirm it's from space right?
Also shame on me for not doing this earlier
>Lunatone was discovered at a location where a meteoroid fell. As a result, some people theorize that this Pokémon came from space. However, no one has been able to prove this theory so far.

Yeah, next time actually read the posts you reply to. Knowing now that you can't even fucking read, I can confidently say that indeed you are retarded.

Should've figured that when you couldn't understand the concept of implications. If something is implied to come from space, and people think it came from space, of course that means it came from somewhere even crazier and space is not an option.

Remember to close your mouth when you shower, wouldn't want to drown
>>
>>29510889
>Should've figured that when you couldn't understand the concept of implications.
There are literally no implications either way and I invite you to find a single one suggesting otherwise.

But I've asked you to do as such before and you haven't even tried to make a follow up, instead you've done nothing but Ad hom.

>of course that means it came from somewhere even crazier and space is not an option.
> However, no one has been able to prove this theory so far.
What don't you understand here?
The part where I'm saying there's nothing confirming it did or didn't come from space or the part where you can't follow a conversation?

I don't think you can rely on implications to drive your point when the game outright says no one has proven it from the very first game it was in.
That kind of overrides the previous "implication".

At this point you're just getting mad because your headcanon isn't in the game.
