Even thinking it a stage two, it is clearly stronger than the average EX pokemon, and if it took some damage while not fully evolve, you use it's GX ability to put its HP back to full.

The first attack is pretty neat, the only problem I see in this card is the second attack, it deals 120 damage without any negative consequence but energy cost is not that great.
