The only pokémon ever created to get another ability in addition to Levitate are Bronzor and Bronzong. Levitate has never been given to a pokémon as a HA, Pokémon with Levitate have never been given a HA (excluding those two, of course).

I'm not going to bother guessing at what Desidueye and the other starter pokémon's hidden abilities, because they're probably going to be brand new just like in Gen VI.
