I just know it's going to be level 88 or lower and I already know I'm going to be so fucking pissed off about it.

I honestly won't be completely happy with Red's return if his pokemon aren't all level 100 and I know GF won't make it so because it'll be "too difficult for the younger demographic of players" or some dumb shit like that.

I'm getting too much into this but I actually want to lose to Red. I think I'll straight up let him win when I reach that point because I don't want him to lose that bad.

Also uhh it looks like him and Blue are on vacation so maybe after being defeated by Gold, Red retired his place as the champion and spent the following years travelling across the regions with Blue? I might not mind that as a legitimate excuse to his pokemon being the same-ish level as they were in HG/SS
