Then Incin for Decid
Decid doesn't for Prima

Every starter maintains command over their lesser on both distinct accounts of main and secondary type – water > fire and fairy > dark, so on and so forth, until Decid's ghost hits the wall of Prima's fairy.
She's the only one neutral to it's weakness when it comes to the secondary type-relation. Thus putting Deci at a little disadvantage.
Bringing up fire resisting fairy only makes it worse for Deci, as then everything but him has some resistance/neutrality in place of his weakness.
