So you guys know the joke theory that Ash is some kind of demon that sucks the life force out of people to stay young forever?

Well, Ash is apparently somewhere in Sun and Moon but doesn't show up. It's also the first time Ash has aged in the entirety of the anime, even if it is just from ten to eleven. I came up with a theory that deals with both of those.

What if Ash is an Ultra Beast who sucks the youth out of the people around him, but he aged a year because he liked Serena so much that he didn't suck her life force out.

First episode of s&m

Ash arrives with his mom and prof oak for vacation on alola region, whilst oak goes to visit his cousin ash tries to relax with his mom on cutey mom and sin bonding,. At the moment of arrival a red cap and a mysterious shadow behind trees is silently watching, pikachu geta anxious feeling that they are being watched he then fixate his sight on the shadow and smiles, guy on the shadow moves on light just enough to catch a little of pikachu while he pets him, familiar red cap is clearly seen. Ash calls for pikachu and asks what he is doing, pikachi smiles and calls for his attention to show him his old new friend. Both look at the wall of trees but there is no one. Pikachu glares at a blank point wondering if what he watched was real or not....


The keep walking in a playful manner as the silent man watches silently from a hiull, not much is seen of him other than a young adult figure wearing a red cap... silence.,

Mysterious red capped man theb watches another duo "ktsch" sound in anger and and heavy breath appear from his mouth and nose " violently grabs a pokeball hardly pressing it, he then calms his self down, he is watching jesse and james, "they're here now" he vanishes now realizing that team rockets is back since the last time he saw it...

Near the end ash and gals are in deep problem fighting tesm rocket while a unknown charizard appears, and saves the day he gets called and vanishes while its trainer is trying fadt to remain anonymous... pikachu smiles and laughs as they al hear the sound of leafs of the unknown trainer that saved them....

Supposedly the dub is going to undergo a major "overhaul" for SM in order to accomodate the changes being made to the show in Japan.

I have no idea what that means, but two different "test dubs" of the first episode are being produced, apparently aimed at different demographics and interpreting the show differently.

You guys probably don't care but I personally see it as another telling sign of what kind of show we can expect from SM, seeing as they actually bothered to go this far.
