Grass Surge basically gives this thing double STAB on it's Grass moves. That is ignoring that Rototiller is a thing when Grass Terrain is up.

The killer more than anything is that it seems implied like this thing is going to be slow as balls which is the real problem.

It really does just come down to Tabu Bulu's speed, but then again, Sash exists.
