The only move of this type that even gets used are Hex and maybe Brine, and those don't take away the negative condition from the opponent (low HP being the negative condition for Brine). Smellingsalt and Wake Up Slap don't see any use.

That's not great anyway though, it forces you to alternate between an 80 and 140 BP move constantly and devote 2 slots of your possible 4 to them. Literally why bother, just run Hydro Pump if you want the higher BP, it at least lets you keep the burn on the opponent.

Water/Fairy is pretty decent defensive typing, it only sees weaknesses to Grass, Electric and Poison. Plus it'll likely get that dual-screens-in-one move that was leaked. If they give it bulky stats it's probably going to be a decent Pokemon. Shittest starter in terms of use is now likely Decidueye since Ghost/Grass is useless.
