All of them quite frankly.

Koko and Lele will initially be fucking everywhere, Koko just has too amazing a typing and synergy with a bunch of stuff. Lele being able to block all priority is just far too huge an implication.

Bulu and Mini will be slower to pick up steam but once people figure them out will also be really common. Misty Terrain cancels out all status so it forces everything into a brute force fights and trading blows.

Bulu has the biggest implications for a more technical player, Grassy Terrain has a decent amount of team setups you can run. It culls one of the most powerful spread moves and has some potentially more powerful support options.

I don't know man. Why would I use a Z-Move that can literally never knock out an opposing Pokémon when I could use a Z- Move that could? Those Totem Z-Moves are shit. Super Fang is superior, since most attacks from heavy hitters easily do 50% in VGC anyway. I'd rather stick with a HO Z-Move and actually net an almost guaranteed knock out.

Politoed isn't just for rain, it's legitimately good support in doubles. It has perish song, encore, helping hand, icy wind and haze. It's decently tanky as well. It has respectable offensive power with rain boosted Hydro Pump to boot. You also have to look at the regional dex. He is LITERALLY the only auto-weather setter legal in this meta. Ttar is gone, Hippowdon is gone, no MegazardY, Ninetails is ice only, not even Obamasnow is in the regional dex.

Nothing will be able to take his rain away.
