The pre-mega speed really sucks, especially since it's not like Diancie and can't afford to run Protect.

some of these aren't even bad, like mega heracross, it's a bulky breaker that tears apart defensive builds and does a fucking good job at it (it's A rank in viability and always comes up in discussions as a premier stallbreaker) and has the perfect stats, ability and movepool relative to its role.

I used this set and it wasn't that bad. It takes care of Landorus, Garchomp, Scizor, Ferrothorn, Lati@s, put a lot of pressure on Stall and Knock Off hits hard. It still not worth giving up th Mega slot for it, but it's not completely useless

It's actually good, a defensive boost and ability to tank Knock Off better really helps the Stored Power set, it was given one for a reason. Such set cannot be tricked either now.
