but i still don't think it will ever happen. it was just infected. it is not even a new forme. it can be cured - it is just a normal mewtwo. if a pokedex would scan it it would show the normal mewtwo's entry.

The way Masuda explained why Ash-Greninja was in, it sounded like the anime came up with it, and the only reason they decided on it was because of the audience the anime pulled. I don't think Shadow Mewtwo has that kind of pull.
