From the trailers we see that they dont engage humans but attack Pokemon assuming UB2 is attacking Tapu Koko right away. Thus UBs obvioulsy are Pokemon that evolved based on Primal Instincts vs Bonding (assuming Ash-Greninja is hinted towards this as its been often implied by both game and anime).
