Nah, that'd be disappointing. 60% burn on Scald, yes, very neat. But it won't have a STAB movepool that really utilizes Serene Grace; no paralyze or flinch would just be lackluster.

Pixilate, and access to Hyper Voice, would make it anti substall, and hit shit hard as fuck even with less than amazing offensive stats.
