Well I don't know for sure if it is tinnitus. All I know is I was mixing a song last night and spiked my headphones by mistake and now there is ringing that doesn't seem to be going away.

Hoping the doctor will have better answers for me. As of right now I need to distract myself and stay up for a few more hours.

I find that playing the original RBY or Pokemon Snap is a great way to dull any senses. Simple games, easily replayable, and most importantly; fun.
