Okay, So I've been making myself scarce because I don't want too many spoilers for Sun/Moon...but there is one question I need answered for those demo-fags playing it... Is there any sort of function tool that replicates the DexNAV in ORAS? You know..the tool that shows what pokemon you have or haven't caught in a particular area? That feature to me has become almost essential in completely a dex. While some thinks it makes the game too easy, it really tells you definitively that you should stick around an area and try to capture more..or move on cause you're done.. To me? Essential. Does Sun and Move retain this tool?

No, but you can catch Ultra Beasts with their own special ball.

Hmm...that sounds...like a sort of half assed version of the dexNAV, but a compromise I suppose. Ugh, I really would have preferred the same dexNav as ORAS, with the icons of each mon in the area. ....
It was like playing "WHO"S THAT POKEMON?" during the commercial breaks of the original series

The Mimikyu sprite doesn't have a broken version, so I doubt the totem does too.

It does. I have no idea why they removed it from that image, but left the blank for the totem version.

Why does Kommo-o has a "Disguise intact"? does it have an alternate sprite or what?
