To add to Multiversal Kick, only the mons that can learn Jump King and/or High Jump Kick can learn Multiversal Kick at Level 60. Basically, this is how capsaicin works: in bugs, its a repellent. In mammals, its an irritant (pepper spray). Birds are not affected by it.
So it'd be Pokemon specific: pidgey, swallow, etc are unaffected. Gyarados would be a affected. Pinsir and Mega Pinsir would be affected.
