Milotic has been with me since Emerald, felt like an accomplishment to actually evolve a Feebas. In combination with getting HP, DEF, & SPDEF high up there as possible, they were almost a literal wall which can restore itself and stall the enemy. Since then it's acted as almost a godmother of sorts for the other Pokemon in the party.

It was level 84 by the time I beat the game because I always used it. My other pokemon were 50-65~.

Similarly, in the prequel:

It's a good example of the game being too easy, but it made me feel good knowing my favorite grass pokemon was useful. It also became my favorite grass pokemon because of this.

Yeah, had one in a Platinum Nuzlocke and he completely tore the game a new one. Whenever he was brought in, it was total mayhem and I loved it. The one problem was how late he came in, but whatever.

It's a shame he's a pretty big furry target and hated here due to Game Freak shilling him to death.

I abused the hell out of hypnosis with Poliwhirl, but that was pretty much only for Crystal. There's even better sleep status inflicters.

I have a Lilligant from my first run of White who was an absolute powerhouse. I didn't expect it and still am not sure why, but she was the strongest on my team and even got me to the end of the Battle Subway before I undestood what IVs and EVs were.

It's not just lilligant. Whimsicott is just as OP. Slap on a bigroot with leech seed, stun spore and giga drain and that thing wont die.

It'll take down things that are way over it's level. Prankster is incredibly OP.

I think that's one of the more difficult battles in the series if you pick Mudkip if only because early-game shit tends to be more limiting
