I believe it was confirmed that Battle Bond isn't a new ability slot for all Greninja, it's an ability unique to the Greninja from the demo alone and therefor cannot be passed down through breeding. Still, the thing's an absolute monster even with a neutral nature.

Neutral nature is probably the worst possible outcome for any pokemon that isn't ingame only.

And Ashninja wont be broken because it needs to confirm a KO to transform and without Protean it's normal offensive stats are only just pretty good. It will be a threat bccause its really fast and has a great movepool and stuff but it wont be overcentralizing

There has to be a way to get a battle bond greninja in the regular game and sr for a different nature. Being stuck with hardy nature is a fate worse than death.

The Hardy part really sucks. It'll probably be okay but Protean will probably be better since it's more consistent. Water Shuriken may not be great on it either because even if it's priority, it means giving up a move that'd help you get the KO you need to transform.
