I've been looking for a Gen V save editor that can change stuff like this. However, all I could find can only edit pokémon, items and wonder cards.
Does the editor I'm looking for exist at all?

Doesn't PkHex support Gen 5?
I only use it to Gen 6 so I'm not sure.

Turns out my version was severely outdated and holy crap, this thing is compatible all the way to Gen I. Thanks a lot.
Unfortunately, for any gen other than VI it's pretty generic so it can't edit flags, streaks and other such details.
