Someone apparently hacked it into a battle, but it turned out to be electric type. Apparently Gamefreak tried really hard to replace every pokemon not in the demo with Pikachu, but fucked up when it came to hiding the models. They succeeded with the types apparently.

Haven't seen it either. There appears to be a few random encounters in the demo that have a small chance of happening.
