With that ability and typing it's probably pretty good. The only problem is A) you don't need to worry about having a surfer/diver/waterfall-climber anymore, and B) that Ghost/Water (most likely) anchor Pokemon looks fucking rad.

Hmm well Water/Psychic has been done and done very well in Starmie so it might be a little redundant. I guess its ability might be helpful if has a good movepool and could match Starmies renowned coverage levels

Bruxish is more like, the Qwilfish (At least Qwilfish has SOME fans)

I am for sure excited to catch one.

It's type is Water/Psychic, which mons like Slowbro already have that typing.

It's abilities are Strong Jaw, which will be useless on it (see Pyroar and its abilities for comparation).

It's second ability is Dazzling, which is a good ability but a Grass Pokémon has a similar ability and protects it against common priority attacks. Gale Wings Brave Bird and Ice Shard compared to Shadow Sneak, Sucker Punch (can be worked around by using Will-O-Wisp), and Pursuit (is the least common besides Quick Attack)

I'm using it because the humuhumunukunukuapua'a is THE Hawaiian fish, with mythological, spiritual and cultural symbolism behind it. I loved the name since I was a kid, it's so silly and the ridiculous design fits it perfectly. The only thing that could make it more funny is if it actually ends up having a niche in competitive and all the haters are forced to stare at it regularly.
