I like this UB so I tried to make sense of him.

-The claws are his teeth.
-The 'crown' on top is his true head.
-The spikes inside his mouth may rotate like a drill or a mining machine.
-The mouth deeper inside may exit back outside or lead somewhere else.
-Maybe he is a black hole. Eating everything in sight his drill like mouth crushes and tears apart everything he swallows. His claws reach out to grab what ever he can. The second mouth inside is the point of no return.

-Skin = Black hole itself
-Claws = Gravity - pulling everything in towards itself
-Mouth = Accretion disk - The spikes rotate like the disk around a black hole braking apart all matter
-Second mouth = Event horizon - Once here, nothing can escape

I, too, think that his mouth innards will rotate like some kind of hellish rock crusher.

I think Japan uses the same, or similar plug types as America. This guy is clearly an electric-type and maybe smaller than the others? The gold wires are probably just that, copper wires.
