I'm betting it's a ghost/water and that the circles on the steering wheel there are actually its eyes and the green seaweed on the curve of the anchor is reminiscent of a fanged smile.

This is my favorite, on my team for sure, I don't know who no one is mentioning him like a new aegislash thing. It has at least one eye on the ship's wheel thing. I'm gonna guess Ghost/Water for typing.
