Does anyone else worry about Nintendo trying to add more mons

As disappointing as having less new Pokémon is, I think it's smart to give forms to many of the old Pokémon. When SM release, there will be OVER 800 mons, and thus many Pokémon without forms will tend to be forgotten.

They're only doing this to slow down reaching the 1k mark. So many pokemon are fucking shit that they now regret it.

I was actually gonna post this same thing.

Instead of giving each version a separate summary like they have in the past, I'd rather they put that energy into giving alternate forms their own separate summary, and both version just have the same stuff.

It's less than 300 lines I'm sure, honestly you can catch every pokemon in a week if you aren't retarded, bar non cloned mythicals.

It's a good way of giving you a reason to catch older Pokémon again. Lets face it without Mega Evolutions or Alola forms we'd just be sending the versions of these Pokémon forward each game and leaving them in the PC.

But now I'm looking forward to catching a freaking Rattata.

why do people think 1k is significant other than just as an arbitrary milestone to celebrate? they can add more than 1000 if they want and most likely will continue long past it
