Riddler, the UB Leaker, and the datamine all say they're Pokemon.

Totem Pokemon not appearing in the dex make it seems even more likely all the blanks are for them. Since there data would be there they just don't have dex images. The only spot that's mildly interesting is the blank spaces after Zygarde 10%.

Wishiwashi is not at all confirmed. All that was shown was a cut scene of it jumping out of the water not an actual battle.
