It looks like Ash's Greninja is fully EV'd out, I guess to symbolize the fact it has already been trained. Messing around with some calcs roughly leaves this Greninja roughly at an EV spread of 128 Atk/128 SpA/252 Spe with a Neutral Nature.

Looks like that's all she wrote boys. Ashninja just starts with a shitty mixed attacker EV spread.
