Eh. Poor Wailord's defenses are so cripplingly low that a +35 increase doesn't patch up much, but it's a start at least.

Froslass gets +5 speed and and +30 SpA and reaches 110 SpA and 115 speed. It now outspeeds all the 110 stuff like Lati@s and still retains all it's utilities of Twave, Spikes, Destiny Bony etc and enough firepower to take down Gengar and offensive MGengar with one hit garantee.

Arbok is pretty much golden as far as movepool is concerned, but its stats have always held it back.

Can anything save Wigglytuff? 35 points could get it 80 Defense or 85 Special Defense, but the other is still at 50/45. It can equalize them to 65 which is worse. 175 HP doesn't seem helpful either. 120 Special Attack alright, but it's purely Trick Room with 45 Speed, and I bet there's better special attackers with Trick Room.
