I agree, Lex Lang didn't fit Maxie well at all, and he was miscast. Still better than Vic Mignogna or whoever did Tabitha, though. 4Kids actually cast Maxie's voice well, surprising how good they were at casting for Pokemon (and Yu-Gi-Oh) considering how shitty their Sonic & One Piece staff were.

Yup, you're right, TPCi is absolute shit when it comes to casting VAs. Agatha, Giovanni, and Courtney speak for themselves. Also, shitty dialogue is a staple of their dubs, Episode 3 of Generations and their rendition of Team Rocket in the dub since Season 10 speaks for itself.
