I've had my 3DS since 2011 should I upgrade? I barely have any space left and the rubber on the circle pad came off.

It is based on timezone, Japan and AUS get it in less than 24 hours

Not worth it if you if you're not going to hack it, since practically none of the games actually take advantage of the n3DS CPU.

If you have the money then it's okay. But there is no real advantage. I had the n3DS XL and aside from better performance in MH4U I did not find a damn difference

The 3DS is about to end its cycle, why would you upgrade now?

If the NX can actually work as a handheld console then yes, if not then there's still some games coming out, and probably they will finally make use of the N3ds hardware
