Bulletproof turns kommo-o into a literal OU gengar check: those that run shadow ball, focus blast, sludge bomb and destiny bond can only destiny bond over and over or switch. Rare gengars with dark pulse or giga drain won't be doing shit anyways to a dragon/fighting type. Kommo-o can switch into one, get a sub, dragon dance, etc.

Soundproof does block more moves tho, so who knows.
