Espeon has an almost ideal stat distribution, an amazing ability, yet it's UU. Eeveelutions 130 / 110 / 95 / 65 / 65 / 60 is too problematic and most of their movests are too limited.

Almost the same thing as the normal Vaporeon, but with it's Attack and Defense switched. Vaporeon is already UU-material and Regenerator > Water Absorb.
