Bastiodon is outclassed by Aggron/Mega Aggron. There's a reason Mega Aggron ended up losing the Rock typing.

Even ignoring the 4x weaknesses, it has no means of reliable recovery as a wall and little to no offensive presence, which is for the most part, a death sentence.

If you REALLY want to use it, you could do a meme set with Block and either Screech or Metal Sound to break through a wall. You would put Taunt on it as well with some Speed investment or Rest if you want, and then some attacking move relating to the defense you're lowering.
