If it doesn't evolve, I'll be mildly disappointed, honestly. There's not really much to it beyond being a vaguely bug-like cute thing. There's nothing really WRONG with that, but at the same time, it'll probably be an early-game pokemon, and early-game two-stage bug types rarely end up being useful in any way.

They barely synergize at all. As much as I love bug, it pretty much drags fairy down defensively, and offensively it doesn't do anything against the fire/steel/poison pokemon that resist fairy so there's not much reason to use bug type attacks when you can just fire off a moonblast. It 4 times resists fighting, and it resists ground which is about the only good thing you can say about it. It's just sad how much better of a typing fairy is than bug

You've fallen into a bit of a common trap. Pokemon is less about getting neutral coverage than about getting a variety of supereffective coverage - that's what the team is for. You bring out a particular Pokemon for a special purpose, not as a catch-all solution to any other Pokemon you face.

I really really really hope it evolves again, otherwise it will need godsent minmax stats to be effective. I want to use it so bad but gamefreak dont give af as its probably gonna be a gimmick lore mon like combee etc. With gimped stats.

If Ribonbee is the final evo though:

Hidden Ability: Serene Grace
HP: 60
Atk: 40
Def: 50
SpA: 105
Spd: 90
Spe: 120
BST: 465

This is a fair and realistic stat estimate that might give it a chance. It needs a lot of speed and hard hitting moves off a decent enough special attack (and Quiver Dance so it can try and sash sweep). If it has Bug Buzz, Moonblast, Focus Blast and Quiver Dance it might just manage to be alright as a traditional special sweeper. Perhaps Air Slash, Psychic and Shadow Ball for coverage options. If it is fast then support options like screens, taunt and stun spore could also allow it a little role diversity.

Who am I kidding though, its going to be rubbish :'(
