Hugh go from single-mindly hate team plasma to understanding they were both good and bad people, as well as some trying to atone for their sin. Hell, in post-game he even stay to help the old plasma in Driftveil.
Barry just suffer one lost, go sad for some time, then return to help you duel Mars and Jupiter. After that he return to his old self again.
Gary hardly have any development. In GSC he seem to be more mellowed out, though he still leave his gym empty for selfish reason. Silver get most development, evolving his crobat and trying to return his starter to Elm.
