Every time people post this picture I think they are pointing

Can someone concisely explain the reasons they don't like this design? I understand stuff like this is subjective, and personally really enjoy the design, but I just want to see why you guys seem to dislike it so much.

Its fucking trash. Its overdesigned, lanky, goofy looking, its Fighting type for no reason instead of Steel, its bipedal, it looks like a fucking jamaican underwent an animorph. Its just fucking dumb and everyone is trying to force people to like it just because its new. Once this fucking turd ends up in UU like Hydreigon people will stop giving a shit so much. I actually wanted Ja gmo-o on my team but seeing these scans today horrified me as my heart sank. God it just looks so AWFUL, seriously what the fuck is wrong with you people? Maybe an Achilles heel sort of deal. He is fighting type so he will *probably* throw punches so his arms are protected. His belly isn't protected either although his back is covered, kinda like the soft-fragile parts "underneath." His legs will, probably, get less fighting action in battles and are just for mobility (probably) so they don't need to be armored.

There's too much going on. Take the scales off the arms and 3/4 of the scales on the tail and it would look better I think. Something with the head too.
