I'm trying to breed an HA dratini. I have a male and female HA dratini I got in a trade and put them in the daycare, but 0/30 dratini hatched so far have had their HA. What's going on?

Either you're wrong that you have a ha female or you've been struck by lightning with bad luck.

If only the male is HA you need to pair it with ditto to make an HA offspring. So double check the female is HA. The odds of the offspring having HA with a female HA are like 60%. So 30 eggs without that is (2/5)^30 so very unlikely.

HA male and ditto is 10% chance of HA offspring I believe.

So for balltism and being sure you get the good ivs on an HA swap out for a female as soon as possible.
