It's a bit all over the place I think. It's kinda hard to follow the rythm or the melody in some parts.

Also there's nothing in that theme that tells me it is a battle theme. It looks like a fast-paced reggae theme used for some sight-seeing montage in a comedy film.

I'm not saying it's bad, though. It's just weird.
