I think his meeting with Suicune in the Burned Tower was supposed to be after the one where the player is there too and sees all three escape. I mean since they seem to be chronological anyway. Maybe he just went back for clues.

The odd part was that it seemed like they implied the boy seeing Suicune after being resurrected was Eusine, even tho that event happened 150 years ago
