Actually Typhlosion is a bit quadrupedal, just when running. Just like Pikachu does, which i'm ok with it, it just fits Typlhosion very well.
For the prediction i'd say that we are never going to get a full quadrupedal starter. I mean 7 gens in a row and still no quadrupedal fire starter i think we're done here.
Considering that there are still 5 animals unused in the chinese zodiac maybe we could get at least a quadrupedal final form but idk.

No, it's pretty clearly restricted to legs/feet. Blaziken is a biped because the talons are attacthed to feet which are attached to legs which it walks on. Infernape is a biped because it had hands that are distinct from its feet.
