Haven't you ever wondered why Clefable is S-class in OU?

That's what most people use to hard-counter it. Not even lure sets with Metal Burst can beat it since Sab doesn't have enough HP to take down Clef.

When I'm not using Clef, I use a Regenerator core and a Scald abuser to wear it down.

There's also big Fire types like Mega Charizard X and Heatran that can deal with it.
