When catching legendaries, first thing I'll do is send him out and use entrainment. Since the legendary can now only move every other turn, their PP has effectively doubled.

With that you can get away with sending a weaker catcher and just use protect on their available turn, and whittle their health, use paralysis or sleep moves, and have a grand time catching the legendary in whatever ball you want.

It's also neat to use for forcing your opponent's Pokémon to swap.
