ITT: We figure out how to fix some of the worse Mega-Evos.
I'll start. M-Ampharos.
Ability is now Surge Surfer. Also, when a Pokemon with this ability uses Electric Terrain it lasts for 8 turns instead of 5 (a Damp Rock parallel)
Electric Terrain also now makes it so Electric Attacks cannot Miss.
This will allow M-Ampharos to use Charge Beam and get a much needed speed boost, allowing it to finally sweep with its rather limited movepool.

Change Pixilate to Fur Coat.

Mega Amph is UU for a reason, nerdboy. Agility gives it as much speed as it needs and Mold Breaker allows it to BTFO Dragonite.

Agility Mega Ampharos is OK, the only thing it needs is a better ability, like Fur Coat or Fluffy.
